I have a well-defined process that sets clear expectations so you know what to expect every step of the way. Here's the gist of what you can look forward to from our initial contact to the completion of your project.

Wondering what it's like to work together?
Here is what you can expect from start to finish.
1. Discovery call
The initial contact enables us to get acquainted. We'll connect on Linked In, by emailing me and you may book a discovery call so we can meet virtually. You'll learn more about my services, and I'll ask you about where you are in your business and where you'd like to take it, or if you have a project in mind.
After I learn more about your copywriting needs and we both decide we want to move forward, I'll email you a summary of our call and a proposal within 24 hours detailing the terms of the project, including the scope, the deposit, delivery date, and revision process. I'll recommend starting with a small project to see if we're a good fit to work together.
3. Agreement & deposit
If you accept my proposal, I'll email you an agreement we'll both sign, and you'll make a 50% deposit before I start working. The other half will be due after I send you the draft.
4. Questionnaire and strategy call
With the paperwork out of the way, I'll send you an in-depth questionnaire that provides valuable information about your business and ideal clients.
5. Research and writing
If no other clarification about your questionnaire responses is needed, I'll research your competition and do any topic research necessary.
6. Delivery of first draft
Once the copy is finished, you'll receive the first draft according to the delivery date we agreed to. The second half of the payment is due at this time.
After you review your copy and need revisions, I'll make your requested edits. My turnaround time for revisions is typically between 2-3 days. I prefer working with clients in Google Docs so we can share comments back and forth easily. However, arrangements can be made when clients are more comfortable with another method of communication.
8. Ready to publish!
After revisions are made and your copy is ready for you to publish, or send to your web designer for the final touches. For simple projects such as blogs, I can supply and place royalty-free images in your content management system.
